Mission Statement:
Carol Gay, Director of RE/MAX Signature’s Senior Homes Division, is dedicated to providing comprehensive real estate counsel and services to seniors and pre-seniors through a team of specialists who help identify and clarify the best courses of action for each client based on his/her own unique situation.
Every 7½ seconds someone turns 50. But we’re not our parents’ 50-year-olds. Today’s seniors and “pre-seniors” want new homes, second homes, upper-end condominiums, and investment properties. Seniors are also the driving force behind the new active adult 55+ communities that are cropping up everywhere at an unprecedented rate.
And, for 50-somethings, not any home will do. Seniors don’t always prefer “Location, location, location.” Seniors do prefer “Convenience, convenience, convenience.” Whether it’s design, groceries, family, or friends, today’s senior wants living to be completely worry-free.
